Already we've been treated to a number of functional Primeknit lifestyle creations, and with the recently previewed adidas NMD Chukka, those looking for a comfortable Boost-laden midsole outside the realm of the usual running options can pinpoint this "Black Suede" option as a go-to.

This pair is a little different adidas sambarose than the "Black Suede" sample previewed back in February, as the heel tab features a black ribbon with white 3-Stripe' callouts instead of the inverse. No word yet on pricing information, but know that this adidas NMD Chukka "Black Suede" will hit retailers on March 17th. More info below. On March 17th, adidas Originals will unleash the adidas NMD Chukka to the world a lifestyle-driven silhouette featuring full-length Boost cushioning and a desert boot-like upper design. In addition to the black suede pair that was unveiled a few days ago, a red suede version, seen here for the first time, will join that colorway as part of the official retail debut.

Fans of the adidas NMD were treated to another lifestyle offering featuring even more Primeknit than its adidas superstar damskie performance-inspired counterpart in the adidas NMD City Sock. The sleek futuristic style featured bold international-themed branding, occasional wool uppers, the head-turning NMD midsole bumpers and more and proved that adidas Originals had tapped into something special with the NMD silhouettes. Today we get a first look at the coming sequel in the adidas NMD City Sock 2. The midsole features the same sleek design as the adidas NMD R2 while the Primeknit design features additional stripes in a circular pattern for a unique twist. This particular offering showcases a premium navy and white colorway with leather heel tabs in a natural brown shade.

There's no word yet on an official launch date but stay tuned for more updates regarding the adidas NMD City Sock 2 right here on Sneaker News. Since its debut early this year, the adidas City Sock 2 has seen a relatively small amount of releases compared to the other members of the adidas NMD family. But that's about to change as we head into summer, as three new versions hit the market this Saturday. All featuring pretty low-key looks, the sequel to the City Sock will hit select shops in a black, and two grey striped colorways. The two grey versions vary in that one is a lighter shade with blue embroidered stripes on the medial arch, while the other version is a darker grey with pink stripes. All three also feature black and white stripes around the burrito-fold collar.

The NMD R2 shines thanks to a monochromatic Trace Pink offering while the NMD CS2 goes for a more complex combination of Trace Green and Trace Pink with additional stitching on the laceless upper.
